SUNRISE YOGA Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 7:15am – Registration Required
Please join us for a unique outdoor yoga experience on our beautiful Makai Course on the Hole 7 signature Tee Box that boasts some of the most exquisite views on the North Shore of Kauai. Our well respected yoga instructor, Tulasi Adeva Perrin, has been offering Sunrise Yoga for over eight years, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:15 – 8:30am. Beginner & advanced students alike are welcome, as class is designed to be accessible to all body types and levels of experience. Class is $25, mats are not provided (please bring your own or a large beach towel). Register in advance for classes.
