Group Golf Outings

Guests of Princeville Makai Golf Club are and always will be treated as members for the day. They are enchanted by the luxury golf experience provided by Troon Golf.  The friendly, professional staff and impeccable course conditions welcome guests and set the tone for each round of golf.  Makai Golf Club's staff is attentive to the needs of group guests from arrival to departure.  All outside thoughts are pushed aside for the day as the Troon Golf Experience takes over and puts them at ease.
 
Princeville Makai's Golf Group Experience:
 
8 Weeks Prior to Your Event -
         
          Assess your merchandise needs.
                    Tee Gifts (Logo Shirts, Logo Golf Balls, etc)
                    Event Prizes (Logo Crystals, Logo Merchandise, etc)
 
4 Weeks Prior to Your Event -
 
          Finalize food and beverage choices and sign the F&B Contract
          Provide payment information to hold group's golf tee times
 
2 Weeks Prior to Your Event -
 
          Provide the Final Player Count and any rental requests to our Group Manager
          Confirm desired format/scoring for the event
          Identify any special needs for group members or volunteers
          Specify any prizes or gift certificate needs
          Make any on course contest requests (Closest to The Pin, Longest Drive, etc)
 
2 Days Prior to Your Event -
 
          Send a Final Player listing/pairings sheet via email (Excel format is appreciated)
                    - Make sure all rental clubs and shoes are included
          Communicate any changes or inquiries that you have to the Group Manager
 
Day Before Play -
 
          Deliever any prizes or tee prizes that need to be pre-staged the evening prior
          Plan to have all of the golfers arrive at least 30 minutes prior to tee times
          Last chance to communicate any last minute changes
 
Day of Play -
 
          Relax and Celebrate a Great Golf Experience With Your Special Guests!
 
After Your Round -
 
          Reserve Your Dates For Next Year's Event at Princeville Makai Golf Club!
